How to Start a Return
Email us at info@thevintageadvisor.com with your order number and the details of what you’d like to return. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
Return Requirements
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the order total minus the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, simply return your original order and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale items and gift cards.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items can only be returned if defective: room sprays and reed diffusers.
Candles must be unlit and in new condition to be eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with a defective item, please email us at info@thevintageadvisor.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Once we hear from you, we’ll work to make it right.
