How to Start a Return
To start a return, visit our contact page with your order number and the details of what you'd like to return. Please reach out within 3 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund for the order total minus the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return your original order and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale items and gift cards.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, room sprays and reed diffusers can only be returned if defective. Candles must be unlit and in new condition to be eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out through our contact page within 48 hours of delivery, include your order number in the message, and have photos of the damage ready to send. We'll follow up by email to collect them and make it right.
