candle
Wick Maintenance
- Always trim the candle wick to ¼ inch before every lighting to achieve a cleaner burn
- After blowing out the candle, re-center, and straighten the wick
Burning Instructions
- Let your candle burn for 3-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the container to prevent tunneling
- Never burn for more than four hours at a time
- Smoke or high flame means that the candle wick is too long. If that occurs, blow out the candle, and cut the wick down
Safety Precautions
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Burn on a fire resistant plate or tray to protect furniture
- Burn on a level surface away from drafts and objects that can catch fire
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Do not touch or move until the wax has completely cooled
- Stop burning when there is ¼ inch of wax left in the vessel
