Rare set of seven ceramic plates shaped like pears, hand-painted in Italy under the direction of renowned American designer Ernestine Cannon (1904-1969). Created in Salerno during the post-WWII era when Cannon established her eponymous ceramics business, these collectible pieces represent her award-winning work that was celebrated by Neiman Marcus and featured in upscale department stores across America.
The set includes 1 large server plate and 6 smaller plates.
Condition: Excellent, normal vintage wear.
